Testing yourself is very important. The MHA provides a large number of tests where you can test for various mental health disorders such as Depression, Anxiety and Psychosis. Helplines
If you need to talk to someone urgently, you can reach out to the National Institute of Mental Health at 988 or visit their website at https://www.nimh.nih.gov/ . They provide 24/7 crisis support. If you feel more comfortable with text, you can also text HOME to 741741 to connect yourself with a trained counsellor. There is also an option to text instead of call at NIH's 988 number.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
You can NAMI's website at https://www.nami.org/ . They provide a list of warning signs and symptoms as well as information about treatments for various mental health discorder. The NAMI Helpline 1-800-950-NAMI (6264) provides resource referrals, however is not a crisis line.
